This privacy policy clarifies the nature, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data when using the mobile application and the user's rights.
The company will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, protection, and confidentiality of personal information and personal data processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

3. Processing of Personal Data
When accessing the application, the company processes personal data. The specific content and scope of the personal data processed depend on the extent of its use and the data collected additionally in this context, as well as the data voluntarily provided and transmitted. The mobile application uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored on the user's device via an internet browser.
The person's browser accesses these files. The use of cookies increases the ease of use and security of this application.
The preference option of not allowing cookies is offered. The browser can be configured to inform the data subject about the setting of cookies and to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies or to enable the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the application. However, this may mean that the application cannot be used completely within the scope of the possibilities offered.

5. Data Acquisition and Information When Using the Application (Log Files)
The application collects certain data and general information with each use.
This data is stored in the company's server log files. The following data could be recorded:

8. Duration or criteria for the duration of data storage
Personal data is stored for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected by the company. If this is no longer the case, the data will be deleted unless there is a legal retention obligation or any other legal reason for additional storage.

11. Do's and Don'ts in the Application
This list of "Do's and Don'ts" and our Professional Community Policies limit what can and cannot be done on our Services.

11.1. Do's
You agree to:
- Comply with all relevant laws, including, among others, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax and regulatory requirements.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Use your real name in the profile.
- Use the Services in a responsible manner.

11.2 Don’ts
What not to do
You agree not to:
• Create a fake identity in the application, falsify your identity, create a Member profile for someone other than yourself (an individual), or use or attempt to use another person's account.
• Develop, support, or use programs, devices, scripts, robots, or any other means or process (including crawlers, browsing plugins and add-ons, or any other technology) to plagiarize the services or otherwise copy profiles or other data.
• Circumvent any security functionality or bypass any access control or service usage limits (such as limits on keyword searches or profile views).
• Copy, use, disclose, or distribute any information obtained from the application, whether directly or through third parties (such as search engines), without the company's consent.
• Disclose information that you are not entitled to share (such as confidential information of third parties).
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties, such as copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights. For example, do not copy or distribute (except through available sharing functionality) other people's posts or other types of content without their permission.
• Infringe the company's intellectual property or other rights, including, without limitation, (i) copying or distributing our content or other materials; or (ii) copying or distributing our technology, unless circulated with open-source licenses; (iii) using the term "IBIZA CLUB" or our logos in any trade name, email, or URL except as described in the Brand Guidelines.
• Post anything containing computer viruses, worms, or any other harmful code.
• Use reverse engineering techniques, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the services or any related technology that is not open source.
• Imply or state that you are associated with or endorsed by the company without our express consent (for example, presenting yourself as a worker or collaborator of the company).
• Rent, lend, market, sell/resell, or otherwise profit from the services or related data, or access them without the company's consent.
• Establish links to our services for any purpose other than promoting your profile or group on our services, without the company's consent.
• Use bots or other automated methods to access the application services, to add or download contacts, or to send or redirect messages.
• Monitor the availability, performance, or operation of the services for competitive purposes.
• Engage in "framing" or "mirroring" practices, or otherwise simulate the appearance or function of the application services.
• Overlay or otherwise modify the Services or their appearance (such as inserting elements into the Services or removing, covering, or obscuring ads included in the Services).
• Interfere with the operation or unreasonably burden the services (for example, spam, denial-of-service attacks, viruses, or gaming algorithms).
• Violate the Policies for the professional community or any other additional terms related to a specific service provided by the application when logging in or starting to use that service.
12. Inappropriate Content
We value diversity and respect for others, and we strive to avoid offending users; therefore, we do not allow ads, comments, or destinations that display offensive content or promote hate, intolerance, discrimination, or violence.
The following is not allowed:
• Content that denigrates a person or group of people, or that promotes hatred or discrimination against them based on their ethnic origin or race, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other characteristic associated with systemic marginalization or discrimination.
• Content that harasses, intimidates, or bullies a person or group of people.
• Content that subjects a person to abuse or harassment; content that suggests that a tragic event did not occur or that the victims or their relatives are actors or accomplices in covering up the event; content that includes personally identifiable information and promotes financial fraud, identity theft, harmful direct contact, or harassment.
• Content that threatens one's own or others' physical or mental integrity, or advocates for practices that harm it.
• Content that seeks to exploit other people.

13. Our Security Tools
We use a network of tools, systems, and leading automated and manual moderation and review processes in the industry, and invest significant resources, to prevent, monitor, and remove inappropriate behaviors (identity theft, harassment, and more) from our app.
These tools include automatic scans of profiles for alert signals in both language and images; manual reviews of suspicious profiles, activities, and reports generated by users; banning of suspicious accounts; as well as blocking of email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, and other identifiers associated with offenders.
We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment and encourage our community to report any cases of misconduct and/or anyone violating our Community Rules or Terms of Use by contacting our team. When we receive such a report, our team will take appropriate action, which may include removing content, banning the user, or notifying the relevant authorities to enforce the law.
The privacy of our users is a priority, and we work diligently to ensure that we go beyond applicable privacy laws and industry standards.
Our business model focuses on providing users with premium features, including updates and subscriptions in the app, to enhance their experience in our app. We do not sell data to third parties or rely on advertising to maintain or grow our business. The most up-to-date information about our data practices is always available to the general public through our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed through the mobile app.
We are also constantly improving our defenses in the battle against those with malicious intentions. However, to better protect our users and avoid giving out too much information to any potential offender, we do not discuss any specific security tools we use or the enhancements we may implement.

14. Use by Minors
The application and its services are intended for individuals over 18 years of age, and we work hard to maintain and monitor an adult-only community. We use a network of tools, systems, and leading automated and manual moderation and review processes in the industry, and invest significant resources, to prevent and remove minors from our app.
These tools may include scans of profiles for alert signals in language and images, manual reviews of suspicious profiles, activities, and reports generated by the user, as well as blocking of email addresses, phone numbers, and other identifiers associated with underage users attempting to circumvent these restrictions. We also rely on our users to report any profiles that may represent a minor, so we can investigate and remove accordingly.
15. Offering sexual services/prostitution

Any type of request, whether you try to buy or sell, is against our terms of use and any profile that carries out such a practice will be banned. If a user finds a profile that violates our terms or requests money in exchange for any type of service, we encourage them to report it. Making such a report allows our team to take appropriate action, which may include deleting the profile or banning the user.

16. Complaints Regarding Content
We respect the rights of others. We require user-posted information to be accurate and not infringe on the company's and/or third parties' rights. We have a policy and procedure for lodging complaints about content posted by our users.
